Entry engagements
Start with a decision, not a build
Each one is fixed in scope, ends in a decision you can defend, and doesn't commit you to anything further.
Entry engagement
from £2,500
AI Opportunity Sprint
Find the workflows worth changing, price them honestly, and pick a credible first project.
Done when: The sponsor can make a go/no-go decision on the first project and has appointed an owner.
See scope & outputs →Entry engagement
from £6,000
Team Workflow Activation
Turn licences you already pay for into a few repeatable workflows your team actually uses.
Done when: Staff can run the agreed workflows with the required review step, and the follow-up measurement has been shared with the sponsor.
See scope & outputs →Entry engagement
from £4,000
Pilot Readiness Review
Find out what is actually blocking your AI pilot from reaching staff — and the smallest fix that would unblock it.
Done when: The buyer understands what blocks deployment, the next investment required, and the evidence that would justify it.
See scope & outputs →When justified
Implementation and ongoing assurance
Downstream paths, not mandatory upsells. They're scoped from a brief and accepted against agreed checks.
Downstream
from £15,000
Workflow Implementation
Build and hand over one bounded AI-assisted workflow with tests, controls and clear support boundaries.
Done when: The agreed quality, security, operational and usability checks pass in the buyer's environment.

from £1,500/month
Adoption & Assurance Retainer
Recurring reviews that show whether a deployed workflow is still worth running.
Done when: The named service owner receives an actionable review and the agreed maintenance is done.

Principles that protect the buyer
One accountable counterparty
Neul Labs contracts the engagement and manages any specialists involved. You deal with one party that owns the outcome.
Acceptance agreed up front
Every scope states what 'done' means and how it will be checked, before work starts.
No custom AI is a valid answer
Assessments are allowed to recommend existing software, process changes, or stopping. Otherwise a diagnostic is just a sales pitch.
Disclosed referrals
If your need is outside our capacity or competence, we say so. Any referral is disclosed, including any fee, and is not a managed delivery promise.
Your brief is portable
Briefs, evaluation sets and findings are written so you can use them with any supplier.
Private by default
Client material stays separate from the public playbooks. Evidence is published only with your written permission.

Tell us about one workflow
The project brief takes about five minutes. A person reads it and replies with whether there's a viable project and the smallest sensible next step.
Disclosure:Paid engagements are contracted and delivered by Neul Labs, which Dipankar Sarkar founded and leads. Playbook recommendations stay vendor-agnostic, and we do not publish supplier rankings.
